Ep. 10: Building a Startup, Homeschooling Teens and Setting Priorities with Erika Gray

Erika Gray is a mom of 2 (an 11 and 14 year old), entrepreneur, pharmacist, and co-founder and CMO of ToolBox Genomics.

She's not only a homeschooling mama but also currently working as both a pharmacist and a startup co-founder building a genetics health services company, ToolBox Genomics. The goal of the company is to help people live their healthiest life by utilizing health data to provide personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations to help reduce the risk of developing chronic conditions.

Erika had each of her children during undergrad and pharmacy school, respectively, and learned many lessons on prioritization. She gives advice on structuring "office hours," simplifying daily activities, time blocking, meal planning and managing family finances.

On a personal level, Erika believes it is vital for women to create their own unique hacks to bring the best that they can be. And sometimes that just means delivering high quality hugs to their loved ones.
