Ep. 15: Parenting & Running a Business While Suffering from COVID with Chanie Wilschanski

Imagine taking care of 4 young kids, having the responsibility of running a business with multiple employees and managing clients all from a Brooklyn apartment... while both you AND your husband have been diagnosed with COVID.

Well that situation was a reality for Chanie Wilschanski.

Chanie also appeared in episode 4 of the podcast, so Iā€™m happy to have her back.

In this episode we chatted about how she survived parenting while having COVID, how she structures work and life behind the scenes without childcare and help, how values came into play on making her decisions, what she does to make sure her relationship stays intact and more!

Chanie is an Early Childhood Leadership Coach and Culture Specialist, and she has had the privilege of working with hundreds of EC Directors who are working to build a School of Excellence.

Through her journey, Chanie got married and had 4 children. Her hands are full! Chanie knows what it takes to lead a large center and have a full-time job at home as well.
