I think it’s safe to say the word “overwhelm” might have been the word of the year for moms in 2020; however, as we move forward in mid-2021, it’s the word that should be banished from our vocabulary. But how do you get rid of overwhelm from your vocabulary and your life?

Jennifer Blossom is a boy mom of two, occupational therapist, and the CEO and Founder of Blossoming Moms, a digital wellness brand that helps overwhelmed moms simplify motherhood using healthy habits and simple strategies.

She is also the host of the top-rated mom podcast, The Blossoming Moms Show, and lives in a little fishing town with her husband and sons just south of Anchorage, Alaska.

In today’s episode Jennifer and I talk about how she had to get scrappy in order to create her online business from a little town in Alaska; she shares tangible tips on how to overcome and banish overwhelm as a mom, important rituals and practices every mom should implement daily and how to shift your mindset to get clear on what’s important in this season of motherhood.
