Jamie Kolnick is a writer, mama of a 2, musician, philanthropist and the Founder and CEO of the nationwide children’s music company, “Jam with Jamie.” She is currently writing a comedic coming-of-age memoir about loss.

In this episode we discuss:

  • how she pivoted her children’s music entertainment company from an in-person event-based business to online/virtual because of the pandemic, why she didn’t quit and how she’s bringing joy to millions of children all over the world with her music programs

  • her journey dealing with the loss of her father to leukemia, her mother to cancer and her brother to a car accident

  • how those experiences taught her so much about how to approach grief and loss in your life

  • how life and loss are so intertwined in everyone's life

  • tools to communicate with people who are grieving because so often it’s a different subject matter

  • and so much more (even bits on Transcendental Mediation, BeachBody and social media cleansing)!
