In today’s episode, I chat with Uma Naralkar, a licensed health coach and integrative nutritionist, the founder of Om With a Twist and the mom to two boys, ages 9 and 11.

Uma specializes in hormonal health, digestive health and fat loss. She believes that good health is not just about what you are eating or how much you are exercising but also your mindset plays a very important role in your outcome. 

All her programs are based on a holistic approach and she believes in creating a strong mind and body connection that will support each client in optimizing their health.

Uma’s practice is based in Los Angeles; however, she also works remotely with several international clients from India and the UK. Most of her clients are women in the age group of 30 to 60.
