As we start to approach the end of the year, I want to continue with bringing you episodes all about health, wellness and mindset. I think it’s so important as we look forward to 2021 and making our intentions (I don’t like to say resolutions) to reflect upon the areas of our life that went well and the places we want to improve or work on.

Emily Nichols is a wellness professional, Whole30 certified coach and host of The Self Care Isn't Selfish Podcast

Through her own transformation, Emily discovered the power of a simple & sustainable self care routine and now she works with clients on helping them transform their own wellness. Emily is on a mission to help you "put your oxygen mask on first" and stop merely surviving and start thriving.

In this episode we dive into her journey through making these lifestyle shifts in her own life, her relationship and her family, what worked and what didn’t and the impact that it’s made overall mentally and physically for her life. We talk about everything from the Whole30 to cold showers and how Emily uses her coaching and podcast to empower women to put themselves first.

Heading into 2021, this episode is a great reminder to moms that taking care of yourself is an extremely important component of motherhood.
